Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing social media professionally, with at least 1 year focused on LinkedIn B2B content.
- Excellent English writing and storytelling skills, with a strong grasp of tone, formatting, and CTA-driven messaging.
- Proficiency with Canva or other design tools to produce professional visuals and carousels.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. As a key liaison between our clients and internal teams, you will work closely with Sales, Operations, Product Development, and Support Services to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality services and long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Coordinate and manage demand generation campaigns using first-party data and various tools/technologies integrated within our lead generation and tech stack.
